We will have run of the village and spend all of Saturday drilling, followed by activities in the tavern that evening and the annual meeting on Sunday morning in the visitors center. Event info.

Five Forks Living History, Petersburg, Va. (US)
Hosted by the Potomac Legion
This is an invitation from the Potomac Legion to do a living history at the Five Forks Battlefield as the 121st Pa. The event will include a 4 mile march on original ground and infantry and artillery demos. Also a chance to see the newly opened visitor center. Event info as PDF.

Living History at Bennett Place, NC (CS & specific Civilian)

This is the commemoration of the 145th anniversary of the surrender of Gen. Johnson's armies in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida to Gen. Sherman – the largest surrender of troops during the war. Event info.

Wilderness Preservation Event (US)
Hosted by Rob Hodge
Rob Hodge is leading an event to raise money for the protection of land at the Wilderness Battlefield. Minimum fund raising amount is $100 per participant, and please register with Rob before hand. Event info.

May 15-16
USAHEC Army Heritage Day, Carlisle, Pa. (Civilian USSC)
The annual paid Carlisle event will be a combined effort this year between our civilian and military contingents. We will all be portraying the Sanitary Commission for the day, so please come in civilian attire – a few Federal soldiers would be fine as well.

June 11-13
Shenandoah '62, Cross Keys/Port Republic Battlefield, Va. (US)
Hosted by the PSL
As in the past, this event helps raise an immense amount of money for battlefield preservation. We will be on the original Cross Keys and Port Republic Battlefields with outstanding sharp battle scenarios on the exact locations they occurred. Wear some dark blue trousers! Annual Gettysburg Historical March (CS)
Organizer: John Pagano
This year we will be following in the footsteps of the 43rd NC during their action on the 1st and 2nd days of the battle. John Pagano will be leading us over the RR Cut on McPherson's Ridge and on to Culp's Hill.

August 13-15
Burnside's Bridge Living History, Antietam NB, Md. (CS)
Hosted by the Hedgesville Blues
The portrayal is the 2nd Ga. of Toombs' Brigade, and we will camp at the Dunker Church on Friday night and march to the Burnside Bridge area Saturday morning for the day's living history activities, tours, and demos. Limited to 80 participants and you must register for the event via email (there is no fee – NO walkons). Event website and free registration.

August 27-29
Return to Manassas, Elizabethtown, Pa. (CS)
In commemoration of the Battle of Second Manassas, we will be participating in this event which includes four battle scenarios. The LR will be camping in the RR Cut for the weekend, having live pickets vs. US troops on Friday night, and possibly doing an ammo issue during the RR Cut fight. Event website and registration.

September 24-26
Bedford 1865, Bedford, Pa. (US & Civilian)

We will be portraying the 55th Pennsylvania returning home from the war in 1865. There will be a welcome home celebration in town from the civilians, involving parades, firing demos, and a big picnic Saturday evening. Event info.

Petersburg Living History (CS & Civilian?)

John will be organizing a small living history on the Petersburg Battlefield portraying CS troops.

November 4-6
Point Lookout, Md. (US)
Hosted by Southern Guard
This event had to be postponed due to heavy snow last winter. The portrayal is Co. F, 2nd NH in garrison at the fort in 1863.

November 20
Remembrance Day Historical March (US)
We will follow the footsteps of a Federal regiment during the battle.
